Governor Pat Quinn is turning to an old law to help clean up government in the wake of the Rod Blagojevich scandal.

Quinn wants state employees and taxpayers to report government corruption and he's set up a new Web site where whistleblowers can turn. Blagojevich pleaded not quilty Tuesday to federal corruption charges that included trying to sell President Barack Obama's Senate seat. Quinn's Web site tells people how to report suspected corruption and tells them about Illinois' whistleblower act. Quinn helped get the law first passed in 1991. The new Web site is: www.whistleblower.Illinois.gov.
